TERMS OF SERVICE

CONTRAINDICATIONS

You agree that you are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or experiencing any skin conditions (e.g., eczema, psoriasis, or acne) near the treatment area. You also confirm that you do not have any conditions (e.g., hemophilia, autoimmune disorders) or illnesses that may interfere with the healing process.

For lash extensions, you confirm you do not have any active eye infections, recent eye surgeries, or allergies to lash adhesive ingredients.

BOOKING & DEPOSIT

  • A non-refundable deposit of $60–$100 (depending on the service) is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  • This deposit will be applied toward your final balance.

  • If the deposit is not paid, your appointment slot will not be reserved.

  • The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.

CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & NO-SHOW POLICY

  • You must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of your appointment will result in:

    • A 50% charge of the remaining balance (e.g., if your final balance is $100 after deposit, you will be charged $50),

    • Forfeiture of your deposit,

    • A new deposit will be required to rebook.

  • If you reschedule within 24 hours, the 50% fee will still apply, but your original deposit may be credited toward the new appointment.

  • No-shows are treated as late cancellations and will incur the same charges.

  • Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require full prepayment for future bookings.

LATE POLICY

  • A 15-minute grace period is allowed.

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will be charged a $20 late fee.

  • If the appointment can still be completed, the session time may be shortened without a price adjustment.

  • In cases where the appointment must be canceled due to excessive lateness, it will be treated as a late cancellation, and your deposit will be forfeited.

TOUCH-UP APPOINTMENTS (PMU ONLY)

For services that include a complimentary 2–3 month touch-up session

  • Your touch-up must be completed within 2–3 months of the initial session.

  • Only one rescheduling is allowed for complimentary touch-up sessions.

  • If you cancel or no-show within 24 hours of the touch-up appointment:

    • A flat $80 fee will apply.

    • The complimentary touch-up will not be reoffered.

  • If you reschedule the touch-up appointment (with more than 24 hours’ notice), a $50 rescheduling fee applies.

HEALTH AND MEDICAL CONDITIONS

  • You must disclose all relevant medical conditions, skin sensitivities, allergies, or medications.

  • The provider may cancel or reschedule appointments for health and safety reasons.

  • Permanent makeup is not advised for pregnant or breastfeeding clients.

  • For lash extensions, please disclose any sensitivities or previous allergic reactions to lash adhesives.

AGE REQUIREMENT

  • Permanent makeup clients must be 18 or older.

  • Lash extension clients under 18 may book with parental consent and presence.

  • Proof of age may be required.

SATISFACTION AND TOUCH-UPS

  • Permanent makeup is a multi-step process with results that vary by individual.

  • A touch-up may be recommended 6–12 weeks after the initial appointment (depends on service and may include an additional fee).

  • Touch-ups beyond 3 months may be charged at a discounted rate.

  • Lash extensions require fills every 2–3 weeks for optimal retention.

REFUND POLICY

  • All deposits and service fees are nonrefundable once the procedure is completed.

  • While satisfaction is our goal, we cannot guarantee results due to varying skin types, healing, or retention.

HEALING AND AFTERCARE

  • Proper aftercare is essential for the best results.

  • You’ll receive detailed instructions at your appointment.

  • Failure to follow aftercare instructions may impact results, which we are not liable for.

  • For lash services, avoid water, steam, and oil-based products for the first 24–48 hours and follow provided care tips.

LIABILITY WAIVER

  • All procedures involve inherent risks.

  • Results vary based on skin, lash cycle, lifestyle, and aftercare.

  • You release the provider from liability for any adverse outcomes.

PHOTOGRAPHY RELEASE

  • By booking, you consent to before and after photos for documentation and promotional use (with blurred identifying features).

  • Notify us in advance if you do not want your images shared publicly.

MEDICAL HISTORY

  • You confirm that you have disclosed all relevant medical history, allergies, and sensitivities.

  • Incomplete or inaccurate information may increase the risk of complications.

MEDICATIONS

  • Medications such as blood thinners, Retin-A, or Accutane may affect the procedure and healing.

  • You agree to notify us of any current medications.

COMPLICATIONS

  • While rare, complications may include swelling, irritation, infection, or pigment/lash retention issues.

  • Proper aftercare and hygiene are essential to minimize risks.

  • No guarantees can be made regarding final results.

ALLERGY TESTING

  • If you’re concerned about potential allergies (pigments or adhesives), you are advised to seek a professional allergy test.

  • Patch tests are available upon request, but are not 100% reliable.

  • You agree to proceed at your own risk.

By booking and attending an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
